Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities: Take a leadership role in planning, oversight and execution of systems integration and test on various platforms and technologies (cloud, on-premise, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) In an Agile/DTE environment, work with business team members, product owners, industry assist partners, and other team members to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans Create the appropriate systems integration and test documentation (e.g. testing schedule, Acceptance Test Plans/Procedures, test reports) required to validate solutions due to be released meet quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements and are fit for business purpose Understanding business objectives and generating an executable systems integration and test plan covering all components of the solution Lead a team of testers in the planning, execution, and reporting for an integrated system of systems Lead a team in preparing work estimates and project testing schedules Enter and track test defects discovered during integration and test phases The development of the test report is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. Basic Qualifications (Required): Experience in managing large application integrated testing is required Previous experience in Finance applications is required Business, technical, or information management degree required Comfortable working with all levels of leadership Desired Qualifications/Experience:Understanding, knowledge, and experience working with SAP is desired Strong communication and leadership experience Typical Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Enterprise Accounting Systems Test Manager.
