Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key responsibilities include: Partner with business teams to build business models and value propositions Develop business cases to support all major financial decisions Prepare financial metrics, financial analysis, and financial reporting Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4-6 years of experience in a high growth company or consulting firm 3 years of prior finance experience Advanced Excel & business modeling skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in SQL or ETL Excellent analytical skills Excellent oral/written communication skills Desire to exceed expectations and drive positive change in the organization Exceptional understanding of technology-driven businesses Prior experience in Music licensing or recording, Portfolio Valuation, or Business Strategy Prior experience in Marketing analyses Consistent track record of taking ownership and making things happen Comfortable working in a cross-functional, dynamic environment, managing multiple, sometimes competing, priorities Ability to analyze financials, dive deep into data sets and provide innovative recommendations to management and business partners Demonstrates strong leadership, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to influence other leaders in finance and the business.
