Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Direct testing engagement with various levels of management within CB and across other Control teams. Develop and execute a testing plan to comprehensively evaluate controls and conclude on the adequacy of risk mitigation. Manage an integrated plan that includes coordination with activities for process mapping, RCSA updates, exam schedules, and issue remediation validation. Ensure timely delivery within established testing milestones. Design and implement RCSA testing strategies and procedures that address operational risk control evaluation, manual and automated controls, leveraging data analytics, and testing for adherence to regulatory obligations. Frequent collaboration with Control Officers on testing portfolio: scheduling, scope and testing procedures, results review, recommendations, and progress reporting. Manage a staff of testing professionals; daily interaction in testing activities, reviewing working papers, and coaching to achieve high performance for quality and efficiency. Develop individual staff capabilities and bench strength; Promotes collaboration and teamwork throughout the CB control team and business. Address and implement improvement to testing practices based on feedback from quality review, control officers, control program directives, and management. Report on testing activities, testing results, evaluate testing coverage, forecast required resources and staffing capacity, establish performance baselines. Support cross-LOB testing initiatives in conjunction with other CCB Control Offices as needed Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus Audit experience preferred 8 years of experience in risk assessment, control evaluation, quality review, or compliance testing Experience managing a team, developing and coaching, assessing performance, recruiting and developing a high functioning team. Strong project management and execution skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of advanced testing and quality assurance techniques preferred Knowledge of both manual and automated controls testing methods Experience defining overall test strategy and developing test scripts Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
