Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Role:Coordinate and oversee the completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle of facilities-related construction projects. Review designs submitted for changes to government facilities, manage the project design and construction effort, manage and evaluate contractor performance, integrate and coordinate the project with field personnel, and evaluate, determine disposition, and manage project change requests. Conduct construction inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes, enter contract status and other project data in MAXIMO or other applicable IT systems, and prepare and distribute project communication with clients, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders. Assist the contracting officer and COTR with acquisition planning, execution, and administration. Collect requirements, prepare SOW, conduct market research, develop sole source justification if appropriate, conduct technical review, and evaluate project solicitations, proposals, quotes, and proposed change requests. Assist with the preparation of Contractor Performance Report (CPR) upon contract closeout. Basic Qualifications:-Experience with facility or construction work-Ability to work within US government organizations and follow established processes and procedures-Ability to handle multiple, demanding, and complex projects in a timely manner with accurate results-Ability to obtain a security clearance-HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in a professional work environment or service in the US Armed Forces with an honorable discharge.
