Corporate Client Banking The Corporate Client Banking Treasury Services Team is a leading provider of global; cash management, liquidity and commercial card capabilities. We develop, implement and deliver a full range of solutions that help clients with, $500 Million to $3 Billion million in revenues. The Role The Executive Director Treasury South Regional Leader reports to the Head of CCB Treasury Services sales and will have overall responsibility for managing a team Treasury Sales professionals located on in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Carolinas. Maintains and develops trusted advisor relationships with CCBSI executive leadership and is part of the CCBSI leadership team. Develops close partnership with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. The Executive Director Treasury South Regional Leader plays a key role in the development of the Treasury Management Officers and Sales Associates--delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team. Develops and executes market and product strategy. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Manage the South Regional team providing leadership, coaching and development on all aspects needed to achieve successful performance including partner management and customer retention.Work with CCBSI leadership to formulate and execute market strategy for Treasury ServicesOversees SouthTreasury Services budget, sales goals and P&L for CCBSI segmentMonitor staff performance, provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedbackOversee the development of actionable relationship plans for select clientsGuide and coach development of client proposals/presentationsMonitor performance of team members on a frequent basisBuild collaborative internal relationships--with Coverage Leadership, Bankers, other internal partnersParticipates in partner meetings and communicates key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate mannerAligns daily activities to drive strategic business objectivesEngages in a disciplined marketing process and quality call activitiesManages customer expectations by communicating upfront timelines and deliverables. Partners with the client to ensure a successful implementation of solutions Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.Takes ownership of escalated CCBSI TS segment client issues and leverages the appropriate resources to champion results You must have a strong track record of leading a Sales team in the Financial Services industry and a proven record of successful selling. A strong history of building internal and external strategic selling networks will be key to your success. You must be a master of all aspects of direct selling including developing national relationships for lead generation. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing solid partnerships with other JPMorgan Chase businesses in your region to identify and close cross-sell corporate card opportunities. Responsibilities include: Lead South regional team of Treasury Sales Officers to deliver on business growth objectivesRecruit, train, lead, coach, and motivate field sales managers Cultivate larger prospect relationships that are regional/national in scope Develop regional/district strategies to drive key metrics growth Develop, monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate national and regional effectiveness relative to key metric performance and goals Implement strategies and tactics to improve performance, efficiency and partner service Plan and direct market managers and field sales managers daily activities Demonstrate exceptional leadership, follow-up and project management skills Lead/execute special projects and assignments as required Strong controllership skills including managing expense budget to plan and adherence to process policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Required 10 years in Treasury Services, Financial Services or related business 10 years of management experienceExperience in managing geographically distributed team, and managing managersSales management in an outside business to business sales environment with a documented track record of success / top performanceStrong understanding with South region C&I Treasury Market Strong coaching, motivation and leadership skills; ability to network, recruit, train, develop and promote field sales managers Ability to develop, drive and articulate strategy and vision for the team and lead a sales force Performance Metrics Deliver Results - Individually and as a TeamFoster existing client relationships - Individually and as a TeamPartner with the field organization at all levels of managementManage PeopleManage Control EnvironmentAdhere to policies and procedures Competencies Relationship Building - Ability to develop and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
