Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As an Investment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving retirement product inquiries from Chase customers/Chase branch personnel. You will provide personalized service (telephone and/or written) to meet or exceed clients' quality expectations. You will execute transactions promptly and accurately while working within the bank's procedures and according to IRS regulations. To meet these demands, you will focus on understanding the firm's policies and systems in addition to understanding compliance and IRS regulations. An ideal candidate will be committed to providing quality customer service and enjoy working in a high volume customer-focused environment. As an Investment Support Specialist you play a key role in helping Chase retain and grow our business through your ability to provide high quality customer service and offering products that enhance our customer's experience. (1 day off during week and Sunday) 2 years call center experience preferred Knowledge of retirement products (i.e. IRA s, QRP s etc.) preferred College degree or equivalent work experience preferred Ability to multitask between several computer systems required Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work overtime as needed Flexibility working later shifts and weekends.
