Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Major Responsibilities: Plan, organize and direct Career Center staff through goal setting, assignments and managing ongoing functions and activities. Establish and communicate Center policies and programs consistent with its mission. Direct outreach efforts toward corporate employers, promoting the College's MBA students as a viable source of potential employees. Provide assistance to MBA students in their career search through conducting job search workshops and individual counseling in job search strategy and tactics. Serve as a member of the College's MBA admissions committee in selecting program candidates. Develop and administer Center budget. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Work Experience: Eight to ten years job related experience Certifications: N/A Skills: This job requires working knowledge the professional recruitment process, especially as it relates to MBA students and graduates. This includes ability to interact effectively with corporate executives, alumni, faculty, staff and students; possess strong interpersonal, management, organization and marketing skills and ability to supervise effectively. Use of office related computer applications is required. Preferred Qualifications: N/A Preferred Education: MBA or similar management degree from an AACBS-accredited business school Preferred Work Experience: N/A Preferred Certifications: N/A Preferred Skills: N/A.
