Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This role will be a key player in evaluating, delivering and managing the relationships for this new transformation platform which is a key foundation for our customer experience initiatives. Responsible to drive all project and business software developments. As part of that process, there is a continuous need to accelerate development process, deployments, improver service levels, operational efficiency and customer service to business to achieve systems performance and flexibility with 0% impact and 100% transparency. Oversee change management strategies including migration to DevOps, SDLC changes, and steer technology process to implement low cost solutions resulting in improved operational efficiencies with scalability and flexibility. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Required Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology is preferred. 20 years of progressively responsible experience in a mid-sized to large company leading software application development, architecture and system engineering analysis and design. Incumbents must also have proven successful experience entailing responsibility for the long-term technical strategy of the organization. Experience demonstrating excellence in designing and implementing multi-tiered enterprise applications utilizing J2EE, and other related web based technologies. Full life cycle experience in supporting migration of legacy applications. Proven leader with the ability to manage a large team, drive culture change and help drive business strategy enablement. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and performance optimization techniques required to develop high performing web applications Demonstrated ability and proven track record for leading a team of highly skilled technology professionals. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Service Oriented and Event Driven Architectures (SOA/EDA) and BPM/BPR concepts & tools. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior leadership, enterprise-wide and business unit management, peers, and outside vendors complex technical subjects in a clear and concise manner. Significant experience in capacity planning, resource management, and performance tuning. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to analyze business problems and opportunities. Skills and abilities in managing a large complex development organization. Proven track record on controlling project budgets and resource management for an on-time delivery of assignments. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Excellent analytic, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, strong communicated with c-level executives. Catalyst of improvement in terms of both culture and technical capabilities.
