Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate will be placed at a level commensurate with experience and qualifications. POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains communication and updates with key customers (e.g. Marketing Operations), department partners and leadership and other stake holders to facilitate execution of assigned projects and programs. Analyzes project requirements and develops project plan and charter. Reviews and approves plans at various stages of construction. Prepares site analyses, cost estimates, identifies and manages resources and time required to complete deliverables. Coordinates activities of project team and/or outside contractors to ensure milestones are met. Manages risk throughout the project lifecycle. Identifies and resolves issues; escalates issues as necessary. Facilitates meetings and prepares reports and presentations to communicate project status. Manages data and material resources throughout the life of a project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, and quality. Manages risk throughout the project lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Change Management Project Cost Management Project Issues Management Project Management Project Management Methodology Project Management Tools Project Scheduling Information and Reporting Communications Influencing Relationship Management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in business management, accounting, finance, or business unit related field of study. Engineering Degree is preferred. 2 or more years of project management or business unit experience.
