Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Utilize a range of forensic investigation skill sets to help our clients understand and analyze events or issues and prepare to deal with them. Utilizing technologically advanced computer labs and cutting-edge software, offer new, innovative solutions to clients' complex legal problems. Help counsel with challenging financial and economic issues in complex litigation and other business dispute cases. Provide valuable financial insight and clarity to counsel during all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony. Navigate IT systems for evidence of malfeasance, such as information deletion, policy violations or unauthorized access. Manage day to day aspects of client relationships and projects. Responsible for quality of client deliverables, mentoring and developing staff and senior associates, developing the client network, and supporting efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. RequirementsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Five years of data information management and analysis experience.Experience must include five years of:Developing structures, procedures and processes in MS/SQL, as well as in database optimization, performance management and testing; Automating data cleansing, enrichment, transformation and loading of client data to perform data analysis, develop stored procedures and queries, test and build reports using SSIS and SSRS; Designing and developing SSIS packages and SSRS reports in Python to automate data validation, loading, and reporting processes; Creating, executing, and maintaining high performance relational databases, including SQL server; Designing queries and reports to perform data analysis using SQL server and SSIS; Applying advanced statistics to perform predictive modeling using predictive analytical technologies including SAS, SPSS, Python, and neural networks; andCreating supporting documentation, including data and technical dictionaries.In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Master's degree and three years of experience as stated above.Experience must include two years of:Performing data visualization and creating dashboards using QlikView, Tableau, and Gephi to communicate analytics for delivery to client senior management; Performing model validation and assessment of liquidity, expense and interest rate models used by clients to support regulatory stress testing requirement as a part of CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) process; Creating instructional/training documents and materials; Liaising directly with senior management of clients to discuss reporting, and financial statement audits; andMentoring, coaching, and training junior team members.Position requires approximately 80% travel.
