Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key focus areas: Sales Leadership In partnership with regional sales & marketing leaders: Drive growth, profitability, and long-term market share through the establishment and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives; continue to evolve and harmonize the global sales strategy Contribute to business planning at the executive level to represent Group, Rental Solutions and Regional Sales and Marketing Provide leadership, coaching and development to sales and marketing managers; develop succession plans and ensure strong training plans are established Drive establishment of global compensation guidelines Sector Focus Establish and manage strategies for each core sector throughout all of Rental Solutions Update market potentials and strategies within each sector Ensure appropriate deployment of resources and effective training plans are in place Drive adoption and usage of tools and key performance indicators to monitor such measures as rates, revenue, market share, pipeline management Marketing Alignment Work with Group Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to ensure all marketing policies and campaigns are embedded throughout Rental Solutions Drive Rental Solutions Central Marketing to maximize cost effectiveness and maintain a consistent corporate image in product lines, promotional materials, and events Drive collection of competitor intelligence and provide market share data for entire industry Customer Experience Work closely with Product Development to ensure customer needs are included in product roadmap design and implementation Act as customer voice with regards to Net Promotor Score, e Commerce, Digitalization and sales projects overall Heres what you'll need to demonstrate: Successful track record of partnering with colleagues in a matrix organization structure to drive results and accomplish company-wide objectives Senior Sales and Marketing leadership role with 15 years of experience in the Industrial Market, ideally with an international remit Experience of managing budgets and capital expenditure programs and leading and managing change across multiple locations and teams Experience of implementing new strategies across remote businesses Experience of at least one key market and experience working globally, particularly with multi-cultural work forces Track record in sales and marketing environments, ideally gained within another large and well-run business Strong business leader and coach, team player Ability to take decisions autonomously, to act decisively, even when faced with ambiguity Influential and persuasive, a good presenter and communicator Willing to lead from the front and engage with issues and with people at all levels in the company Desired skills: This senior leadership role encompasses a myriad of competencies; those listed below have been determined to be the core drivers for this role.
