Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities Work with the FAA data requests by reviewing requests and data to include: Working with team to identify recurring requests and build in measures to ensure delivery in applicable timeframes. Working with requested and specialized queries (on a recurring and ad-hoc basis). Working metrics and processes to ensure improvements with all FAA organizations Demonstrate experience working with business intelligence/reporting systems such as Tableau Business Objects Microsoft Excel SharePoint and other Office products. Developing report/models for data using scripting languages such as SQL R Python. Initiate develop and work data audits by collecting and reviewing all requirements and ensuring the correct information and data are prepared for team lead. Supporting and improving internal controls and data projects. Assist in developing data briefings for high-level executives. Assist with development of internal organization policies and procedures which affect cross-functional activities and best practices. Demonstrate independent ability to research study workflow and other means implementing automated processes for various AHR/FAA requests (personnel and financial data). Create SOPs including process maps for developed dashboards and reporting procedures ensuring no point of failure within AHP. Share knowledge to improve AHR employee s skills and abilities within new software programs. Education and Experience Component and working knowledge of Tableau Excel and Microsoft Office software Familiarity with database structure and languages (SQL Python etc.) Skills and Certifications Position requires sitting for long periods of time.
