Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities Leads the delivery of the initiative on the program level at the agreed upon impact, scope, schedule, and quality level. Manages overall project risks, making adjustments as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management for critical project plans, commitment and changes. Oversees and leads development, implementation and maintenance of the Work Plan, including approval for the project's estimated schedule, effort, and cost. Manages accurate development and traceability of requirements during project lifecycle Provides strategic direction to all change management activities for project or programs. Ensures understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, addresses misalignments, monitors the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations and communicates back to customer. Scope of work & additional details Specific regular tasks include: Adoption and use of major initiatives like Solution Guides, AEP, Agile, new methods and Tools Day-to-day Delivery, Solution and Quality Yammer updates Community development: DM TC Quarterly calls Delivery and Yammer strategy/for landing new tools, methods, advisories, critical messages on delivery management Project management for global delivery major initiatives Supporting Global Delivery Executive and program leads on change enablement initiatives Accountability and Metrics Successful program delivery to agreed timelines, scope and business impact Change the behaviour of target audience to achieve organizational goals Qualifications Your likely years of experience: 5+ years of increasingly diverse and/or complex relevant Project Management / Delivery experience Technical skills and knowledge Change enablement and communications experience Project Management experience Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-suite level customers. Other skills and knowledge Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to negotiate sensitive situations, nurture relationships beyond immediate customer team, articulate value to customers, etc. Customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Education Desired Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field.
