Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Lead and direct work of others using project risk management, planning and communication techniques to result in successful project completion. Actively communicate with client personnel on matters related to Property, Plant and Equipment and potential accounting issues identified. Identify potential issues and developing ideas for solutions. Perform research on accounting questions, as necessary, to provide insight to client personnel on how to react to new guidance or regulations. Ensure weekly status document and project plan are reviewed and delivered to client in a timely manner. Prepare quality deliverables that require little or no re-work. Review work of other members of the team to enforce high quality outputs. Lead meetings with client personnel, as required. Assist with the execution and review of bi-annual inventory processes. Develop strong and trusted relationships with client personnel. Support internal and external audits, including preparation of materials provided by clients. Draft and review updates to standard operating procedures, desktop guides, and job aids, as requested. Respond to requests for updates to client SharePoint sites, involving others as necessary. Update and conducting trainings with client relating to multiple property areas. Keep current on new accounting guidance that may impact client. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. Secret Clearance Required. Experience preparing or reviewing standard operating procedures, desktop guides, and job aids. Experience performing process walkthroughs. Property, plant and equipment related experience preferred. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business administration. 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in performing and participating in engagements with increasing responsibility. Advanced SharePoint understanding strongly preferred. CPA preferred. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Understanding of accounting principles. Ability to identify potential risks or issues related to compliance or proper accounting. Bachelors Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required. Travel may be required. Ability to work overtime required on occasion. Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements. Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
