Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description: Provides technical support for Low Observable (LO) and Counter LO (CLO) technology, policy and advanced projects, OSD's LO/CLO Tri-Service Committee (TSC), and TSC's oversight of DoD CLO Independent Research and Development. Support includes performing analysis, providing expert technical advice and guidance regarding LO/CLO performance parameters, representing the office at meetings, Red Teams, and TSCs, drafting defense position papers and decision memorandums, and processing export licensing agreements. Required Skills: Bachelors in engineering, physics, or Mathematics Technical/engineering experience with LO/CLO military platforms or technologies involving radars, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance systems, electronic warfare, or RF / laser sensor systems Experience providing technical support / working with DoD technical groups, inter-agencies, joint service committees, and task forces Ability to provide in-depth research and analysis, develop /compile reports, prepare presentations, and provide technical summaries / recommendations resulting from research and analysis Basic project / program management tracking schedules, events, tasks, and deliverables Ability to organize, host, and run meetings, events, and working groups with Services, Industry, or Government agencies on behalf of the respective PM Excellent oral and written communication skills Desired Skills: Technical experience designing, maintaining, or operating DoD surface/airborne platforms, weapons, sensors, systems, and equipment Prior experience working with classified programs in classified spaces Prior experience supporting R&D or IRaD programs ECS is an equal opportunity employer.
