Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Accountabilities: 1. Establishes objectives, coordinates deliverables, and manages budgets for small- to medium-sized projects to achieve results by pre-determined timelines. 2. Ensures adherence to schedules & deadlines. Escalates matters of significance as appropriate. 3. Monitors and redefines project objectives to respond to changes in the business environment. Provides requested data or information to support changes. 4. Coordinates inter-project dependencies, resource allocation, release planning, technology and architecture to meet business needs. 5. Manages project safety and quality 6. Monitors projects progress; provides reports/updates to project clients, appropriate management and/or related parties. 7. Coordinates changes in projects direction, scope, benefits, costs, and timing, while minimizing financial risks. 8. Adhere to Project Management Maturity Model compliance MINIMUM: Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Engineering or related field, & the knowledge / capabilities typically acquired through 3-plus years of construction project management related experience (scheduling, cost estimating, etc.). PREFERRED: PMP Certification 1-plus year(s) of supervisory experience; experience with project management software including specially scheduling and estimating. - Electric Distribution infrastructure construction experience Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work Good Interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients Personal computer software skills Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work in a team environment, and deal with ambiguity and change Electric Distribution Operations & Maintenance.
