Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The candidate should have 1-4 year of prosecution experience. Should preferably have a degree in engineering, computer science, or physics. Must have experience in drafting patent applications and would have relevant industry experience with mechanical devices; electrical devices, computer methods, and other relevant degrees are preferred. Some intellectual property litigation experience, including patent and trade secrets litigation, a plus. Degree in engineering, computer science or physics is needed. Should have 1-4 years of prosecution experience (responses to office action for patents and trademarks, drafting provisional, design and utility patents). Strong drafting skill is needed. Strong written and oral communications skill is advantageous. Strong research skills (Lexis or Westlaw) is essential. Trial preparation experience (drafting motions, discovery, depositions, claim construction charts, invalidity/infringement contentions) is advantageous. Litigation experience including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress is essential. Deadline: 17 December, 2017.
