Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10-15 years of construction management experience on water/wastewater projects with construction values ranging from $5M to $50M. The initial assignment will involve on-site construction management on two two-year wastewater treatment plant expansions in the southern Chicago suburbs totaling approximately $32 million. Project will involve supervision of junior construction observers/inspectors and coordination with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, etc. An employee-owned firm, was established in 1997 and since then has expanded to 100 employees in 10 offices across the Upper Midwest. Donohue is ranked a Top 25 Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Firm by Engineering News Record. Donohue offers competitive wage and benefits package with a monthly profit-sharing plan. Donohue is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements Experience: 10 years of progressive construction observation, management/administration or related experience Education: B.S. degree; engineering degree and PE registration preferred Skills: Must have excellent communication, client, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment across multiple offices.
