Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This process helps our clients solve problems, improve operations, and update their systems more easily, quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Beyond that, you may lead teams as they help our clients modernize prioritized functionality in their systems (e.g., Business Rules Engines, Mobile Applications). You will have responsibility to:Lead Onshore Delivery effortsfor the software development for a series of products (major IT applications)Lead is highly knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the software application modules being implemented and about custom software development. Lead is responsible for the landscape, scope, strategy, plan, approach, design, and standards and guidelines of the software development effort. The system scope includes custom user interfaces, reports, system interfaces, workflows, core business logic. Provide technical insight and oversight for teams working throughrole base functionality: custom forms, reports (non-OLAP), interfaces, data cleansing and conversion, enhancements, custom workflows, and portals;Collaborate with leads across a team of engineers and products developers to plan and execute workOversee the development work performed by offshore teams and works with the client to plan development and resolve design questions. Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategiesDevelop practical solutions and methodologies to further support the Application Modernization offering; develop thoughtware and point-of-view documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicalsDrive sales and proposal work as we compete for new businessPerform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices Qualifications Required Minimum 7-9 years in relevant roles leading development of large-scale, complex applications including OLTP and Batch processing BS degree in a related fieldProficient in object-oriented design and development. Web development and system integration expertise on the Microsoft .NET platform in utilizing technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, ASP, C#, and XML. Familiarity with the .NET 3.5 and 4.0 framework. Experience implementing application with back end databaseSolid understanding of the system development lifecycle, SDLC analysis/requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation Strong Experience with relational database management systems RDBMS in both design and development phases of the SDLC Experience leading/providing guidance to junior developer Preferred Skills Experience using source version control system such SVN, CVS, GITP assionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment, learn new concepts and softwareCandidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-playerStrong communication skills, both written and oralPassionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices Ability to multi-task & support multiple prioritiesStrong Analytical and Problem Solving SkillsExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence Project Details Primary work.
