Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Design Enjoy creating a vision that others describe to you, and are an expert at bringing that vision to life for presenting to a larger audience Know your way around: PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, and good old fashioned Pen & Paper; Brand and style guide adherence experience. Ideate and design original infographics and other illustrated art for stories. Communications Responsible for planning, developing and executing organization-wide employee communications, programs and platforms by providing strategic direction on internal initiatives, drafting communications for executives, people managers and employees, overseeing all editorial content and our internal technology strategy. Advise and support senior executives and department heads on strategic communications messaging, channels and delivery style; provide strategy plans on key transformation work Bachelors degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc.) required Proven experience creating and managing communications strategies and translating those strategies into actionable plans. 5 years of professional presentation design experience At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field within a global, complex organization Exceptional portfolio of beautifully executed presentations including animation, dynamic charts and diagrams Strong Project Management skills Superb Powerpoint, writing, and presentation skills (Easily navigates technology; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop publishing tools Work well in a fast-paced environment; Manage time effectively, multi-task, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, Comfortable working alongside Senior Leadership is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
