Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Responsibilities: -Leads the marketing activities in all aspects within the position scope: segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, (new) product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets -Develops and manages customer strategy programs -Utilizes feedback reports and develops robust customer segmentation strategy. Evaluates approaches for segmentation and redesigns segmentation system. Works with company resources, Third-party and client data to create customized segmentation -Responsible for the development and implementation of new process, tools and training ensuring seamless end-to end execution -Executive level leadership, mentoring and development of team of marketers -Works closely with CMOs in the Industrial businesses to define marketing priorities, programs and campaigns -Measure and drive pipeline creation and velocity through Sales funnel, orders and sales performance. Create reporting tools for Sales and Marketing analytics (e.g. Web analytics, business intelligence and forecasting tools) Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelor degree with 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, product management and/or business development -Prior experience in management of overall marketing strategy for business/sub-business including business/marketing intelligence, product development/management and new market opportunities -Deep marketing expertise in market and customer insights, solutions development and commercialization -Demonstrated success in managing marketing teams and coaching individuals -Demonstrated success in planning, organization prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently. Successful budget management. Proven process and problem solving skills -Ability to work with professionals across multiple functions and levels in both Capital and the Industrial businesses, balancing diverse points of view and sometimes conflicting priorities Desired Characteristics: -MBA -Experience in Financial Services and Banking -Experience leading/influencing senior level teams with focus on growth initiatives, strategic market analysis, expert marketing programs -Proven inclusive leadership experience with demonstrated external market focus, the ability to clearly assess and handle situations and imaginative problem solving skills -Strong business acumen, strategic thinker and ability to work across business platforms.
