Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Position Responsibilities 1. Creative Development: Manage development of strategic and creative content. Manage workflow of daily project details and creative direction for overall consumer communication and optimal creative solutions. Collaborate with Brand and Cross-functional teams to develop impactful content that integrates brand messaging across multiple consumer touch points - including integrated creative platforms, TV, OOH, Digital banners and video, Print, Mobile and Social platforms. Manage timelines to develop and meet content delivery and media requirements. 2. Agency Management: Work closely with agency partners to create impactful consumer messaging that connects with consumers, tests well in copy testing, builds brand equity measures, and drives the business. Drive integration across agencies to ensure messaging integration and efficient agency spend. 3. Budget Management: Own and actively manage brand content budget, cross-functional alignment, and end-of-year budget performance. Coordinate with Finance to adjust inappropriate budget as needed throughout fiscal year. 4. Creative Integration: Develop overarching creative platforms that can be integrated across all consumer touch points and across multiple screens. Develop digital strategy that ladders up to the overall brand strategy and master brief and include social persona, website development, and emerging platforms with benchmarks and measurements for success. 5. Coaching: Develop direct report to master core content development skill set, including both execution and development of cross functional relationships. Increase direct report s knowledge of the overall category landscape and DPSG business environment so that recommendations and plans can be created to have the most impacton our business. Work with direct report to develop written and oral communication skills to influence peers and agency partners. 6. Analytics: Analyze market research, in-market results and digital metrics to assess performance and generate future improvements. Incorporate this learning into future program development to continue to raise the bar. 7. Insight: Translate insights into actionable consumer driven content plans that ladder into the broader Dr Pepper Brand strategy and DPSG Portfolio strategy. 8. Innovation: Bring thought leadership to the broader brand team through test and learn scenarios to evaluate opportunities within the digital and social space. Bachelor s degree 7 years of progressive Marketing or Advertising experience on the client or agency side, including: o 5 years of creative content project management experience o 2 years of content production management experience - including both video and still image/print production o 2 years of experience managing social presence.
