Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Job Duties Meet with customer, develop job scope, identify asbestos/lead/environmental issues, identify structural/electrical/plumbing needs and conflicts, prepare cost estimate, prepare working drawings, procure all materials necessary to complete the work, load all essential job information into work management database (AiM), communicate job status and progress with stakeholders, identify and resolve construction issues quickly and efficiently, communicate effectively with trades workers and team members. Close out project, prepare as built drawings/sketches/data, ensure all invoices are received and processed. Take before and after photos. Other Work/Responsibilities Minimum Experience/Education Departmental Required Skills Preferred Skills: Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project. Renovation experience in a university, laboratory, medical or other institutional setting. Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education 1-3 years exp. Required License or Certification NC DL Special Instructions Job Open Date 08/16/2017 Must Be Open Until Positions will be posted until 5:00 PM ET on this date.
