Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The President will manage the business to meet corporate goals approved by the organization's Board of Trustees, within guidelines provided by Baylor Health. The President is a key partner in the top management team of Baylor Health that is broadly accountable for the success of all aspects of the operations of the Hospital. Works closely with the other members of top management, both within Baylor Health (BSWH) and Centennial Medical Center, to assure continuous integration and consolidation of activities. Oversees the day-to-day operating management of Medical Center and establishes administrative policies and procedures for the hospital. The ideal candidate will be able to management complex activities under difficult time constraints, make sound decisions on complicated matters affecting people, programs, finances and other priorities and have the leadership skills necessary to nurture people in their pursuit of high standards. - Master's degree - 8 years of experience.
