Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Design and implement job schedule definitions and automation scripts which provide optimal batch processing and file processing for specific Fiserv business unit applications on distributed platforms. Design and implement the automation of application failover, application recycles and application and operating system health checks. Administer the CA Workload Automation (WA) Autosys platform Creating and updating access security policies Creating and updating artifacts relating to a job scheduling implementation such as global variables, machine definitions and service account credentials Creating and documentation of job scheduling standards Development and management of service platform performance metrics Install CA WA Autosys Service Pack releases and hot fixes Take the lead in migrating job schedules to a new infrastructure Provide Tier 3 on-call support of automation related incidents Basic qualifications for consideration: Associates Degree 5 years experience administering and supporting an enterprise job scheduling application such as CA WA Autosys, CA Automic/UC4 or BMC Control M 3 years experience developing job schedules on an enterprise job scheduling application object oriented or procedural 3 years experience working with Linux and Windows Operating Systems at the command line level as part of implementing or administering job scheduling services 2 years basic experience of managed file transfer (MFT) platforms and a basic understanding of secure FTP protocols and how they are used in automating file transfers. Good understanding of Service Management processes such as ITIL and experience using Service Management tools such as Service Point or Remedy. Good understanding of infrastructure components such as network load balancers and firewalls and how they are used in automating batch processes. 3 years experience administering and supporting CA WA Autosys or CA Automic/UC4 application 3 years experience developing automation scripts using Perl or Python on Linux/Unix and PowerShell on Windows 2 years experience working managed file transfer (MFT) platforms specifically Sterling File Gateway or MoveIT Preferred qualifications for consideration: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Vet.
