Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The global leader, Core Business Systems retains the ownership for the overall administration and governance of Core Business Systems including SFDC, ServiceMax, and Oracle Fusion and billing system. Ownership for data Integrity across our Integrated Core Business Systems so as to not have a single point of failure. Develop policy, processes, procedures, and controls designed to facilitate the efficient operation of the Systems. Leads across departments and is responsible for managing functional direct reports. Interface with internal and external auditors and corporate departments in reference to annual audits and tests. Develops and distributes key business communications and key reports to the organization including senior leadership. They will establish enterprise wide governance supported by appropriate people, processes and technology components, delivering timely, integrated and reliable information to enable fact-based decision making. Impact - $120M in revenue that flows through the Core Business systems of the Traffic Business Unit. Effectively manage data Integrity across our Integrated Core Business Systems. Develop policy, processes, procedures, and controls designed to facilitate the efficient operation of the Global systems. Knowledge - Extensive experience in overall business operations including, accounting / finance, Implementation, Service, Sales their systems, processes and tools, including advanced excel skills. Strong analytical and process development skills. Ability to manage and lead a high performing l team and a leveraged team to help governance and process improvement. In depth knowledge of service management systems, SFDC, ERP systems and global billing processes. Problem Solving - The candidate must be comfortable with and demonstrate competency in leading initiatives across teams that do not report directly to her/him. Promoting best practices strategies and processes; comfortable troubleshooting issues under pressure of deadlines, driving governance and understanding interdependencies of a complex environment. People/Function Management - The candidate must demonstrate ability to ensure that business systems propagate the facilitation of departments working together effectively, identify and implement change that will deliver business and productivity benefits, Transform our system administration capabilities to a global delivery model, Centralize data integrity governance and management to improve quality, manage interrelations of core business systems correctly and effectively, produce Governance model that is repeatable, create & execute Process, deliver a global standard support model, minimize regional activity by centralizing Admin duties and management for new systems. Leads a team of system admins and data management analysts. How you will do it: The individual must be able to work effectively with little direct supervision and manage priorities for direct reports including setting and measuring objectives and outcomes. Strong customer focus and collaborative skills. Ability to build effective relationships. The candidate must have strong communication (oral and written) and relationship building skills; a team player; comfort in operating within a dynamic, complex global organizational structure. Establishes credibility throughout the organization in systems, processes and people. Strong people management skills and presence. Develop policy, process, and controls designed to facilitate the efficient operation of administration functions of systems. Centralize systems administration and data management, to improve quality and drive common a global standard systems. Monitor day to day operations for accuracy and process alignment. Ensure deliverables are being met and processes followed. Develop and report KPI s. Lead change control, profiles/permission creation & maintenance, Licensing and expenditures, interdependencies and connectivity. Identify opportunity for integrations. Identify technical dependencies of new projects: architecture, integrations, enterprise customer platform, back-end ERP, and data. What we look for: Required BS in MIS or related IT field or combined work experience and education. 6 Sigma preferred 5 -7 years with IT experience, and leadership experience in B2B one off and recurring billing Experience with managing multiple data sets, data Analysis and Reporting. Experience interacting with people, policy, and procedure at all levels across an enterprise.
