Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Lead a Civil/Highway design team Lead project tasks for conceptual and preliminary engineering and final design activities, as well as development of construction plans, calculations and specifications. Coordinate with other design disciplines such as structures, hydraulics, traffic, and utilities, etc. Participate hands-on in the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) Review, monitor and/or develop complex layouts, sketches, plans, specifications and estimates standards and guidelines, correspondence, and/or prepare reports Participate in preparation of technical proposals and labor estimates Other duties as assigned Talent is the essence of meeting our client s objectives, goals and challenges. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering License 10 years of experience in large transportation and infrastructure projects Significant experience working with DOT projects and clients Project and staff management experience on large civil transportation projects Preferred Qualifications Experience serving as a Project Manager on Alternative Delivery projects Experience with large design build projects Masters degree.
