Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Review the Company s external SEC filings, including, but not limited to, Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K Assist in preparing proxy information related to the Companys equity plans and stock-based compensation Review of the quarterly financial reporting package provided to key members of management and the board of directors including variance analysis for internal purposes and the external auditors Perform technical research to ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and application of U.S. GAAP including preparation of technical memos Administer the global stock program and provide reporting for equity compensation (experience with Equity Edge is a plus) Obtain an understanding of established internal controls and accounting policies to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and strong organization-wide internal controls for SOX compliance Coordinate to ensure proper SOX documentation is kept up to-date for scoping, testing, and remediation of all key control activities Assist in the facilitation and management of the annual audit and quarterly financial reviews Assist with special projects as requested Qualifications: 7 years public accounting or a combination of public and corporate finance experience required Bachelor degree with emphasis in accounting CPA required A solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements Technical accounting knowledge in the areas of stock-based compensation, EPS and foreign exchange Strong knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting and SOX compliance Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and footnotes Accurate and extremely well organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain accounting concepts to non-financial leaders Intermediate Excel skills.
