Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This role is responsible for undertaking task assignments based on existing systems , processes to implement standard work practices, processes, and tools within a major project or across applicable busi ness units. This is a service role with a focus on assisting other team members to ensure best practice, industry standards, current regulatory framework and innovations are embedded into work streams such that that processes are effectively applied and consistently utilized towards a result of increased productivity in services. Key Accountabilities include: Revenue Recognition Reporting: - Working directly with Metals accounting throughout the month in preparation for month end. - Providing/Supporting - provisional / final price adjustment for RTKC s products - Validating sales volumes reported by production reporting agrees with Sales. & Marketing - Tracking and report deferred revenue reporting. - Providing/tracking Molybdenum intercompany purchase from RTKC. - Balancing G/L accounts, SAP Sales Accounting (KE24), and revenue page. - Working with customer service representatives to provide raw material price adjustments and final invoicing. - Ensure compliance with and documentation of SOX controls as they relate to the responsibilities of this role - Supporting and assist as needed daily customer invoicing for sulfuric acid, copper, moly (US), and precious metals. - Providing necessary information for both internal and external auditors. - Backing up and support financial coordinate in all tasks. - Submission of Provisional pricing, Deferred Revenue and revenue page to RTKC Finance in accordance with prescribed month end timelines - Performing month end reconciliation. - Ad-hoc requests (including Identification of opportunities to support the simplification and standardization of reporting What you will need for this role: People leadership and working with Customers, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Transportation. Ability to resolve issues from following up on customers and collection of past due receivables, to working with Sales & Marketing about their current customers. Strong commercial acumen. Comprehensive planning, scheduling and deviation management skills and the ability to solve complex problems, Sound interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, Strong knowledge in accounting practices and accounts receivables. Strong internal and external stakeholder management and business partner management skills. Ability to operate in matrix organization. Experience in generating and implementing outcomes to improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency and eliminate waste. Prior SAP accounting experience required. Using complex database(s) and business systems. Bachelors level qualification. Accounting degree preferred.
