Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This role requires daily interaction with clients, assisting with usability questions, troubleshooting, and providing installation and configuration assistance for the WSO product suite. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, financial knowledge and have advanced PC skills.
