Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This role requires daily interaction with clients, assisting with usability questions, troubleshooting, and providing installation and configuration assistance for the WSO product suite. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, financial knowledge and have advanced PC skills. Duties & accountabilities - Responding to client inquiries via phone and email - Solving challenging client issues relating to the use of WSO software - Working with various internal teams and individuals - Assisting with product upgrades, testing and documentation Business competencies Education and experience Required Skills: - Finance education or experience (BA or BS in Accounting/Economics/Finance or Business preferred) - Strong PC Skills (Windows 7, 2008, 2012) - Operating system knowledge (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Customer service or help desk experience Desired skills: - Networking knowledge - Strong math skills - SQL query writing exposure - SQL server / database exposure - MCP or MCSE certification - Bank Loan or Financial Investment knowledge Commercial awareness N/A Management requirements N/A Personal competencies Personal impact The successful candidate will be motivated, ambitious and have a strong work ethic Communication Effective oral and written communication is critical Teamwork Teamwork is very important in this role.
