Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking a Cost Analyst to support our government customer located in Washington DC. this position will support Aircraft Carrier Change Management. What You'll Get to Do Support the PEO Aircraft Carriers organization as they manage the post delivery change process for newly constructed aircraft carriers Write Headquarter Modification Requests (HMRs); create and evaluate independent cost estimates for those HMR changes Gather shipbuilding information to define requirements and translate them into a Statement of Work (SOW) Evaluate contractor documents (construction drawing reports, work package reports, and other planning documents) to determine the to go cost for an associated change Brief your independent cost estimate to the Navy team and justify your assumptions. You'll Bring These Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's degree Ability to create independent cost estimates Advanced Excel Skills These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have Technical or Math degree Navy experience HMR writing experience.
