Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Role Consists of reviewing, deciphering, modifying, and financial analyzing various schedules of financial records from various financial institutions per case as assigned. Create excel spreadsheets from financial documents, utilizing pivot tables, cash flow charts to determine the outcome of the financial activity of the individuals, or business . Create excel spreadsheets with stockholders activities from various investment companies, along with producing flow charts. Review and comply excel spreadsheets from QuickBooks entries (when applicable) from business that maybe involved in possible fraudulent or misrepresentation activities. Meet when needed to discuss with the attorney and/or council regarding the analyzing out come from the financial documents regarding the case. Produce tables and charts that correctly reflect analysis for presentation. Interview with SEC staff and potential investors/business associate regarding the issue represented relating to SEC compliance to determine if a case is warrant. Ability to prepare briefings from interviews regarding potential case. Review testimony statements when needed to determine the relationship with transactions on the bank statements. May need to testify in court about findings from the analyzed documents. You ll Bring These Qualifications Must be a Certified Public Accountant or an MBA or equivalent in a related field, such as finance, business administration, accounting, banking and credit, and have a minimum of two years of experience performing financial analysis and evaluation work. Experience with successfully supporting an auditing team is highly desirable. Must have thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards, and working knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial analysis information technology systems and applications. Must be able to work effectively in an extremely pressured environment. Must have and use excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 or newer programs.
