Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Analyst - Corporate Development will support the corporate development team in processing and analyzing potential strategic opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include: Development of strategic analysis and related management presentations for review by senior executives and the board of directors Tracking and support of transactions and assigned projects and coordination with various internal departments Development of models, including financial statement analysis and utilization of common business valuation methodologies to illustrate projected financial results Organization and performance of due diligence on live transactions Bachelor's Degree from top-tier university in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent/relevant experience; strong record of academic success Up to 3 years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or M&A/corporate finance, preferably in healthcare industry Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision Exceptional problem solving, organization and communication skills to manage and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes Expert level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
