Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administer the Bank's accounting system and prepare financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Review and enforce internal control procedures to assure safeguarding of the Bank's assets. Supervise the purchasing, ATM and accounting functions. Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Business degree and 3 years bank experience is required. Accounting degree preferred. Prior supervisory or management experience in several of the main operational areas and knowledge of accepted banking procedures, laws/regulations and Bank auditing principles/practices as well as business law is preferred. Extensive knowledge/work experience with Excel, Access, and Word etc is required. The incumbent should know sound management and human relations techniques to manage a variety of officers and employees. Professional demeanor is a must.
