To assist in the preparation and coordination of submittals, proposal reviews, project schedules, and subcontractor supplier management and coordination. Interested candidates must reside in the Terre Haute, Indiana area. Responsibilities Working with civil engineers, architects, owners to produce design documents Conceptual budget estimating Good communication presentation skills both verbal and written Aggressive self starter Able to work in fast pace enviornment Good computer skills; Timeberline Estimating Experience plus, Suretrak Scheduling, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Qualifications Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree in related field of study with years of experience in the construction industry. LEED certification is highly preferred.
