Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain commercial training curriculum for both disease state, promoted products and launch brands Manage New Hire and Advanced training programs Work with brand teams to develop and deliver training consistent with brand strategy for upcoming product launches Lead various types of training venues (virtual, live, digital, etc.) Lead team of associate field trainers (not direct reports) Develop and deliver customer engagement skills training and business acumen skills as needed Develop and deliver sales leadership training program Plan and lead field capabilities building to address needs of future customers and field force structure Design, execution and monitoring of portfolio product training programs, in line with set product and organization strategies Create training materials and carry through the appropriate copy approval process. Basic qualifications: Bachelors Degree Minimum of years of experience of broad based pharmaceutical industry experience Minimum of years of successful field selling experience Experience in facilitating and leading in various sales and training environments Preferred qualifications: MBA or graduate degree Experience creating and delivering comprehensive learning programs, including design, execution, and measurement Proven success actively participating and leading in matrix team environments Minimum of years successful selling experience High level demonstration of leadership behaviors, excellent strategic thinking and interpersonal skills Proven formal and informal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present effectively to large groups and leaders Working knowledge of HIV disease state and products Experience in account management principles and execution Familiar with the copy approval process Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to pull through strategic imperatives.
