Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Estimator will be responsible for preparing customer quotes and material take-offs based on insulation requirements from building measurements, and/or plans and drawings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensure proper applications and products are quoted for each job and pricing is accurate and within company guidelines Speak knowledgeably with customers regarding insulation options and other add sale products Assist with resolution of customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner Provide support to Outside Sales staff Maintain proper organization, filing, and other tasks from time to time as management deems necessary Communicate professionally with Service Partners customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues Required Skills Basic knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products Mathematical, computer, & calculator skills Ability to work independently, at times under pressure Strong time management skills with ability to multitask Sense of urgency in meeting deadlines Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Required Experience One (1) to two (2) years experience in customer service utilizing an enterprise system, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience related to our field would be beneficial, however, Service Partners is committed to training for this position Previous sales and/or customer service preferred Some college preferred TopBuild Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
