Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Essentials Duties/Responsibilities Develop new retail partnerships for the GME brand Drive partner's growth through Business Development, Sales Support and Client Management Build and develop the GME business development retail pipeline Prospect potential strategic partners Perform market/competitive analysis and determine prospect's fit within organization Develop and present pitch presentations to prospective partner Develop strategic account plans in order to create sales plans yielding profitable account development and growth Evaluate sales program and track its success Cultivate strong relationships with partners and work with client to drive volume and account support Work to optimize the channel and product mix to achieve net new adds (drive new connections, reduce disconnections), revenue per customer, and optimal cost-per-acquisition targets. Drive the development of sales tools including product launches, marketing tools, and sales training activities that will enhance overall effectiveness of the sales channels Work with sales managers to develop business plans including sales projections, systems requirements, training specifications, staffing plans, presentation flows and scripting Monitor for compliance with PUC and FTC regulations Work with Sales team and develop local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Create and communicate annual promotional calendar to Sales team Drive Account's Profitability Through Budget Management and Sales Forecast/Plan Participate in annual sales planning process Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other relative field required Experience: 6+ years in business development, sales, marketing or account management Experience with establishing new client relationships and operations preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Business development experience Outstanding initiative and project management skills. Self-starter -- takes steps to improve deliverables/results without having to be asked. Works independently, handles multiple, concurrent assignments effectively and makes timely decisions; ingenious problem-solver in face of time and resource constraints. Approaches issues and problems through teamwork and collaborative efforts. Listens and accords respect to divergent points-of-view. Able to work effectively on a team composed of people with diverse backgrounds. Superior written and oral business communication skills. Able to clearly and concisely explain results of complex issues to non-technical decision-makers. Proficient with standard office workstation technology, including Microsoft Office suite of software tools.
