Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include processing invoices, verifying correct coding, and facilitate the approval of all requisitions. This position will also support the CRB Technology leadership team in financial management including budgeting, reporting and forecasting. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Responsible for reviewing and processing invoicesProcess direct cost allocationsAnalyze invoices to determine OpEx v. CapExMaintain invoice tracking logsApprove requisitions and verify correct coding and approvalsTrack spend versus budgetCoordinate development of the quarterly forecasts and annual planIdentify opportunities to drive efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy and controlOther duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business with minimum 4 years of experience preferred.Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of GAAP.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formula usage.
