Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description: Responsible for all tax reporting of estate accounts for the duration of the estate settlement process and ongoing technical support to Estate settlement Services. Responsible for all assigned accounts, achieving client focused services standards, complying with bank standards and policies, and federal and state laws. Build partnerships with internal and external business partners. Proactively manage risk by identifying and escalating risks promptly. Embrace change while controlling risk and drive consistency within the practice. Take personal responsibility for career development. Qualifications: This position is responsible for all tax matters related to tax preparation and post mortem planning for assigned accounts in the Estate Tax Services office in Dallas The associate has the technical and administrative skills to provide tax technical advice, prepare complex tax returns and manage the contact with outside attorneys as well as internal business partners Minimum 3-5 years experience in fiduciary tax services environment working with fiduciary income tax returns Accounting or finance degree required Tax technical skills with ability to research, draw conclusions and drive appropriate business decisions Able to work in multi-task environment and deliver results Demonstrated oral written and presentation communications skills Posting Date : 08/08/2018.
