Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position is responsible for managing a set of finance activities in support of the Humanitarian Services business unit, as well as providing cross functional support to the overall financial management of . Tasks/Responsibilities: Support the development of budgets and forecasts for the overall humanitarian services business unit as well as specific departments/functions. Partner with business leaders to provide the organization with reports and information to make informed short- and long-term financial decisions Conduct in depth analysis on large data sets to support enterprise wide initiatives and improvement projects. Gather, analyze, and prepare recommendations for financial plans. Lead and support project teams as required. Provide guidance on finance related matters to operational staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. At least 5 years of experience in the areas of finance or accounting. Highly skilled in Excel and experience with other Microsoft Office products. Hyperion experience preferred. Must be a flexible problem solver that can respond well to changing priorities. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment.
