Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities will include: Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc management reporting on expenses together with relevant analysis to aid business heads/CFO in decision making Work closely with expense budgeting and forecasting teams Contribute and present to senior management on expense performance, budgets and strategic reviews Ensure processes are in place to provide the proper level of transparency on expenses with a focus on key drivers; review expenses and driving reductions in the business cost base Provide thought leadership and influence on driving expense productivity initiatives Project management and governance of multi-year expense initiatives The successful candidate will need to have the following skills Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and determination to succeed Strong analytical ability and financial planning & analysis experience Strong Project Management & process re-engineering experience Strong Partnership skills with proven experience of collaborating with and influencing others across functions and product and locations; Outstanding Presentation and Communication skills with the ability to demonstrate the gravitas required to influence OC members Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA preferred 15 years of finance and overall business management experience in a complex financial organization; Planning & Analysis experience preferred Leadership experience over geographically distributed team a plus, India in particular Outstanding analytical and presentation skills (verbal and written) Proven ability to act independently with excellent decision-making skills Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects/ initiatives at same time Strong leadership skills with experience working in a demanding global environment Strong influencing and partnering skills with a proven ability to execute on large-scale initiatives Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, issue resolution and negotiation Ability to identify and mitigate risk based on company and industry guidelines Ability to build and motivate high performance teams with a global focus Ability to be strategic and forward-thinking in approach to organizational structure and process improvements Superior verbal and written communication especially with senior level management.
