Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Direct responsibility for supporting a portfolio of large government or financial institution clients including the largest, most complex and global relationships in various markets or regions. Develops a thorough understanding of the clients business, industry and strategy as well as contractual obligations with respect to customized billing and other service level agreements. Trusted advisor to the client; proactively identifies opportunities to work with the client and business to improve quality and efficiency. Act as the client s key service contact and escalation point regarding servicing and billing matters. Serve as subject matter expert regarding contract terms, conditions and other obligations. Working in partnership with internal partners to develop, manage and report performance against SLA s, government regulations and legal requirements prescribed by contract and/or account terms. Works to resolve complex issues, engaging appropriate business and external partners. Support colleagues providing holistic advice and insight, share best practice improve service performance standards. Takes ownership of issues and escalates to ensure timely resolution while leading internally through to resolution. Manage expectations both externally and internally. Some interaction with government officials within Finance, Contracts and Program offices. Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with risk policies/practices and educates clients on risk/legal requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of government and/or functional related experience. College degree with concentration in business, accounting or finance preferred. Knowledge of industry and government billing systems and practices. Understanding of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services. Ability to assess the big picture in complex situations. Creative thinker and problem solver, Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and consultative skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence at all levels. Uses sound judgment to prioritize and act with sense of urgency. Manages time effectively in a fast paced environment; demonstrating ability to balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments. Project Management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.; particularly excel Ability to be flexible with working hours when business needs arise. This role supports US Federal government contracts that require, US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
