Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Marketing Admin Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Admin Coordinator is responsible for providing support, as needed, to the marketing teams. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Complete daily arrivals, tours and show rate tracking reports. Complete bi-monthly performance reports by marketer. Be a point-of-contact for front line marketing programs including mini vacs, referrals, CMP tours and day drives. This includes contact with hotels, call centers and guests. Assist current administrative duties including, but not limited to: Provide Marketing Manager and team with daily and weekly arrivals reports from the front desk system. Assignment of arrivals, scrub of CRS and validation of arrivals between FOCUS and CRS. This includes clean up of any outstanding pending tours, dispositioning, canceling of tours in CRS, and submission of change requests to corporate support team when necessary. Research upcoming arrivals for tourabilty and correction on reservation codes to reflect appropriate guest type. Provide requested data/owner sheets to sales and marketing as requested by the Marketing Manager. Complete TM file by deadline on a weekly basis. Complete and submit payroll commission's sheet for all marketers. Communicate and partner with tour reception to ensure accurate tour status. Be familiar with all TR processes and responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledgeable of payroll procedures with an understanding of basic accounting Must be able to work independently and interact with other departments within the company Knowledgable of Wyndham's computer operating systems (Focus, Prime, CRS, Hyperion and CSS) is preferred Refined communication skills and a focus on providing high levels of customer service Must be able to meet multiple weekly deadlines to comply with company policies.
