Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are currently seeking a Director, Revenue Management to be located in Stamford, CT and report to the Division CFO. The Director, Revenue Management is part of the ReadyRefresh Finance, Sales and Marketing leadership teams and provides the strategic, financial and business acumen to deliver against business objectives for volume and revenue growth, marketing investment and performance metrics. This position serves as the Co-Pilot to the ReadyRefresh Sales and Marketing organizations. The role reports directly to the ReadyRefresh CFO and has three direct reports. Responsibilities: Financial Co-Piloting Lead multi-year strategic planning (MBS) process for revenue growth and marketing spend optimization and support strategic initiatives for Sales and Marketing Lead annual operating plan process for revenue growth, including Planning Meetings to ensure Executive and business alignment Support capital process for MBS, OPL and Forecast to ensure investment in line with accelerated growth and profit strategic plan Drive achievement of RIG, Price, OG and Profit Commitments and gap closure processes Lead Monthly Business Reviews by providing top-line analytics and business insight Lead Dynamic Forecast (DF) process for Volume and Revenue in accordance with Business Planning Calendar Co-Lead pricing strategies on new customers, products, price investments or national commercial bids Lead Marketing Investment Plan, Forecast and Month End Close processes. Provide monthly reporting, forecast accuracy measurement and performance results (ROI) on marketing investments Drive evolution of analytics and insights to support evolving business model for revenue. Evolve measures through increased customer related dimensions and increased visibility to drivers of Net Net Sales (NNS) through advanced performance metrics Partner with Data & Insights (D&I) Team to advance and standardize KPIs for Senior Leadership and access to data required to drive business insight for revenue Co-lead statistical / data science strategy to deliver revenue forecasting by month and annually to inform DF / Annual Plan and to deliver monthly Flash projection to assess month-to-date performance Provide financial analytics for new customer or product opportunities to ensure financial criteria is met Provide cause of change analytics and business insights on key drivers of revenue Provide standard reporting for volume, revenue and key performance indicators to functional teams Support pre and post promotion reporting and analysis. Provide financial oversight on go forward strategy Lead financial co-piloting for Customer Experience, Commercial Sales and New Market organizations in execution of strategic initiatives and gap closure actions Serve as a member of the Customer Experience, Commercial Sales and New Market leadership teams and provide financial insight on performance results Provide business insight to the ReadyRefresh Management Team on finance decisions and risk analysis Ensure all financial processes comply with Nestle Accounting Standards and Compliance Guidelines Leadership and Development: Lead Revenue Management co-pilot organization and coach / develop three National Finance Managers Active support and peer leadership as a member of the National Finance team Support all annual review, development and succession planning processes to drive a peak performance culture Drive process improvement and efficiency in Finance and Functional Operating Teams Other: Support executive-level presentations for ReadyRefresh EVP & CFO Support annual SKU Rationalization process for ReadyRefresh Lead annual Internal Control Self-Assessment process for ReadyRefresh Marketing & Sales functions Support Operational Master Plan (OMP) evolution in ReadyRefresh Finance Support internal and Nestle Audit processes as required Requirements: 15-20 years of experience in finance-specific roles, with a minimum of 10 years of Financial Revenue Management required Revenue Management Experience in a Direct to Consumer or Consumer Packaged Goods Company required Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or equivalent required Minimum of 10 Years of people leadership roles required Strategic Pricing Experience in a Direct to Consumer Company preferred A thought leader who will influence the transformation of the pricing strategy as a key lever of revenue management High level of proficiency in financial modelling required Strong focus in process management, experience in process improvement projects preferred Strong proficiency in leading forecasting and planning in a consumer and customer-oriented environment High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. Proficiencies in Analytics platforms/data visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPivot) and Financial Reporting platforms (Essbase, SAP) are preferred Strategic thought leadership - a big-picture view while executing functional requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and comfortable under pressure Outstanding organizational and follow up skills Demonstrated commitment to leadership development, coaching and feedback Ability to foster passion and commitment in others, and to motivate teams to achieve performance metrics Personal and professional accountability standards that align.
