Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Responsibilities: Developing project management standards, ensuring project management procedures are followed, and completing project documents Overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring IT systems development and testing efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as planned Experience with Microsoft Project software Preparing formal written technical content for the development, implementation, and management of projects Formal training in project management methodologies Delivering well-organized briefings or presentations on all aspects of a project to clients and management officials Analyzing technical and business processes in assigned areas of responsibility, identifying opportunities for improvement, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations to management Configuring and overseeing the installation of required project management tools and technologies Formal training in technical writing (Examples of technical writing skills include development of project plans, functional requirements, definition of required resources, and project schedules and milestones) Job Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience (4 years of general work experience) 5 years experience managing various products to include budgeting, cost analysis, earned value and resource utilization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. Proven experience in managing customer expectations and cross-functional teams. Team leader and team builder with strong motivational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Enjoys a fast paced environment Excellent customer service skills Accuracy and attention to detail, must have organizational skills Independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making and analytical skills Requires limited supervision - Self-motivated - Self-starter - Time management skills Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call Ability to do limited travel (0 - 4 times a year) Education Required: High School Years of Experience Required: 5 Years of Experience Desired: 6 Expression of Interest Drug-Free Workplace/Drug Testing Employer : Intelligent Decisions maintains a drug-free workplace and performs pre-employment substance abuse testing.
