Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Manage the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated income tax provision in compliance with FASB ASC No. 740, including the related income tax footnotes for the SEC filings Manage the annual preparation and filing of the US Federal and State income tax returns Manage the SOX Tax Compliance Coordinate and monitor the worldwide tax and statutory financial statement compliance Coordinate with internal individuals responsible for local international tax functions Coordinate with external Tax consultants as needed Manage the tax due diligence related to M&A activity Coordinate the annual Transfer Pricing process Manage the tax issues related to international employee mobility Global tax planning Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years' experience as Manager of Taxation Prior experience with handling domestic and international tax issues is highly desired Prior experience working within a Global Consultant firm would also be ideal Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field of study Equal Opportunity Employer/Minority/Female/Veteran/Disabled.
