Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Position Summary Detail oriented and hands on role that will report to and assist the finance team in budgeting/ forecasting coordination, reporting and analysis as well as client specific financial reporting and invoicing. Essential Functions Develop and analyze monthly financial forecasts and results for multiple account team and regions; ensure compliance with deadlines and financial guidelines set by corporate; prepare variance analysis and commentaries for business and corporate teams. Participate in monthly close and ensure revenue, expenses and intercompany transactions are posted and or billed timely and accurately Prepare and analyze executive level summaries for presentations, external and internal audits and business review. Act as finance partner support to client finance partner lead and business teams on financial operations and project management. Prepare timely and accurate client spend reporting and invoicing based on client and partner agency requirements. Ensure accurate and timely tracking of opportunities; support prospect and client compensation/pricing model to maximize revenue. Qualifications Education: BS/BA in Finance or Accounting is required Work Experience: 5 years of experience within a financial budgeting, reporting and analysis group in a public company. Media experience preferred. Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi task, high level of integrity, quick learner, a self-starter and able to work in a fast paced environment. Highly proficient with MS Office products such as Advanced Excel, Power Point, and Access. Ability to create queries, macros, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and spreadsheets.
