Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking a Sr. Manager of Marketing Analytics to be responsible for providing strategic analysis and research to McKesson s US Pharmaceutical business Marketing and Management teams, as well as other groups such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Development. This role will focus mostly on our Health Systems including Alternate Site Locations. Position Description Specifically, the position will focus on synthesizing external market data with internal customer sales data to develop and present actionable recommendations leading to improvements in financial performance, statistical analysis, customer targeting, and program evaluation, etc. This position will be based out of our Las Colinas office in Texas and will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing Intelligence & Analytics. This position will require teaming across the US Pharmaceutical business to collaboratively develop solutions and complete analyses and will involve presentations to senior management to deliver insight and gain buy-in to results. The Sr. Manager of Marketing Analytics will lead the Health Systems Intelligence team of internal analytical team members and will require demonstrated expertise in a wide range of publishing and analytical skills, from financial analysis to statistical analysis and research methods. Experience in the health care field, specifically with pharmaceutical manufacturing, health services, retail or institutional pharmacies is a must. Minimum Requirements 5 years of market research experience including 2 years managerial experience Critical Skills5-7 years of experience in areas of broad analytics applications, such as strategy consulting, or more focused areas of analysis, such as of market research, statistical analysis, financial analysis, and data mining.2-5 years people management experience-with multiple direct reports Strong hands-on experience with Business Intelligence(BI) tools such as, SAS, Altryx, or other relational database tools Experience using Tableau or other visualization tools Experience identifying opportunities via statistics and analyticsStrong ability to tell a story from data received, to stakeholders and Executives Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering) Additional Knowledge & Skills Demonstrated track record of success using analytics to drive results Demonstrated command of a variety of communication skills (written, verbal, visual) is required to easily determine the best vehicle to engage a variety of key stakeholders Statistics background is a plus.
