Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Optimize Network's multi-year capacity and in-service fleet plan, which requires close coordination with Network Planning, Fleet Strategy, and TechOps. Perform ad-hoc analyses and advise fleet sub-committee on projects that directly impact Network. Assist with consolidating and analyzing Delta's annual capacity plan and rolling forecasts. s. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred major in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business, Management or Engineering is preferred. Airline network planning and/or revenue management experience is preferred. Must have very strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel Understanding of how to effectively query, aggregate, and manipulate data is required. Must have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to leverage resources across all divisions at Delta. Strong knowledge of SAS, PowerPoint and/or Air Vision is preferred. Experience with AirVision, Diio Mi, and Delta's Flight Profitability System is preferred. Results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through. Ability to work well with others in a time-sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision. Must be performing exceptionally in current position.
